13.10.2006 In addition to the official referendum campaign and political commentary in mainstream media, the citizens of Serbia have the opportunity to get involved into online debate on the new Serbian Constitution, the solutions it offers and the reasons for the call to boycott the referendum.

04.10.2006 Meenakshi Datta Ghosh, the secretary of the Ministry of Panchayati Raj opened a phone-based information service for farmers, ‘Soochna Se Samadhan Sewa'. The service, which is part of a new community project in support of one of the UN Millennium Development goals on digital inclusion, is aimed at helping developing countries to become part of the digital society.
