Gautam, Special Secretary, Department of IT, Government of West Bengal inaugurated this workshop. Also present at the occasion were President of Change Initiatives Mr Sibaji Roy, Vice President Dr Mukul Mukherjee & Workshop Convener Ms. Alokananda Rao.
