Approximately a quarter of Serbian population (one million and a half, 24.2%) uses internet, shows the survey conducted by the Centre for Study of Information Technology (CEPIT), an institution working under the auspices of the Belgrade Open School.

The Second International Conference will take place in Skopje, Macedonia, on November 15, 16 and 17th, 2006. This year, the focus of the conference is regional approach to ICT policy creation.
