26.07.2007 Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP) has launched the Global
Young Social Entrepreneurs' Competition in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Global Competition will select 100 winners who will attend the upcoming Young Social Entrepreneurs Forum. The winners will be announced on 1 October 2007, after a review by an independent jury.

25.07.2007 UNESCO is organising an International Conference and Exhibition on Knowledge Parks in Muscat, Oman from September 01-03 2007. The objective of the conference is to review ICT-based knowledge parks in developed countries and how this idea can be implemented successfully in developing countries.

16.07.2007 Vision Ed’s Stonington Retreat in New York City will host a four-day intensive workshop on how best to integrate creative technology into classrooms. The retreat will help teachers, parents and administrators to start or continue a technology program at their schools or organizations. The retreat will take place from July 31st – August 3rd, 2007 at NYU’s Kimmel Center.

04.07.2007 OneWorld South Asia is a media partner for eINDIA2007 ICT4D event, organised by the Centre for Science, Development and Media Studies (CSDMS) from July 30 - August 03 in New Delhi, India. The event is a platform that plans to showcase ICT for development.
