An Indian NGO is conducting audience research as the first step towards launching a community radio project in the countrys Jharkhand state. An NGO will help thousands of Liberian refugees living mostly in the Buduburam refugee camp of Ghana get trained in ICTs as part of a reconstruction project for the war-torn country. This is in addition to an estimated 1,000 refugees who are expected to enroll in universities and polytechnics throughout Ghana.
