Greenpeace campaigners dumped four tonnes of coal on the doorstep of the environment department this morning. They said that despite today's UN report that the world is on the verge of climate catastrophe, the Prime Minister was ushering in a new generation of coal-fired power stations that will still be pumping out greenhouse gases in 50 years' time.
