09.08.2007 An Indian NGO Bachpan Bachao Andolan (BBA) has rescued 129 child labourers from New Delhi in 2005 and filed the case in The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to register the children under the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act 1976. After 2 years the commission grants the issue of release certificates and asks for their rehabilitation.
