Sai Seva (Serve and Inspire Simple Employment for Village Advancement), is the new face of Indian BPO sector as it trains rural youth in Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh. The aim is to help educated rural youth by preventing them from migrating to cities and providing employment in the villages.
