31.01.2007 Network of Civil Society for Peace (NCSP), Kaski, staged a goodwill rally in Pokhara, Nepal urging the Terai residents to continue their agitation peacefully.
The rally, which commenced from Srijana Chowk, passed through New Road and Chipledhunga before converging into a corner meet after reaching Bhimsen Chowk.

25.01.2007 SAN FRANCISCO, Jan 24 (OneWorld) - At least 186 antiwar protests in the United States have been monitored by the Pentagon's domestic surveillance program, according to documents obtained by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which also found that the Defense Department collected more than 2,800 reports involving Americans in a single anti-terrorism database.

Izbori su građanima Srbije pružili istinsku mogućnost da biraju iz čitavog spektra političkih platformi i sprovedeni su u skladu sa zahtevima OEBS-a i standardima Saveta Evrope koji se odnose na demokratske izbore. Ipak, ostaju pojedine odredbe izbornog zakonodavstva koje je potrebno razmotriti, navodi se u saopštenju.
