07.11.2006 Several Finnish artists and journalists have come together to produce a song to honour the murdered Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya. As a journalist with the Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta, Politkovskaya rose to international prominence for her coverage of the war in Chechnya. She highlighted human rights violations in the conduct of the war.

07.11.2006 One hundred films and 15 theatrical plays produced by a number of art schools from all over the world will be screened and staged during the week-long “SKENA UP” International Students Film and Theatre Festival. The Festival will take place in Prishtina, November 10-17, 2006.
