Izbori su građanima Srbije pružili istinsku mogućnost da biraju iz čitavog spektra političkih platformi i sprovedeni su u skladu sa zahtevima OEBS-a i standardima Saveta Evrope koji se odnose na demokratske izbore. 'Tony Blair's leadership stuff [on climate change] seems to have gone out of the window. Politicians are not going to do anything that risks frightening the voters (even to solve problems with "disastrous" and "irreversible" consequences), and in middle england the idea of losing their cheap flights to their second homes overseas is frightening.'
