Alors que l'édition 2003 du Forum social mondial est en plein déploiement, le Conseil international de l'événement a annoncé que celui-ci prendrait place en Inde en 2004. Cette décision aura eu pour effet de remettre à jour le débat entourant la difficulté d'accessibilité pour les représentants de certains pays d'Asie et d'Afrique d'assister à une rencontre qui se tient sur un autre continent.

Given that the Liberal leadership race will elect the next prime minister, isn't it worth returning to that crazy idea that the party's fundraising system should be democratic? Stricter limitations on how much corporate money leaks into politics are needed now more than ever.
