U Crnoj Gori pocelo ustupanje vojnih predmeta redovnim pravosudnim insitucijama: Amnestija u rukama civilnih sudova

31.01.2005 Vojni sud u Podgorici poceo je da predaje svoje predmete civilnim sudovima u Crnoj Gori, dok ce ustupanje predmeta vojnog tuzioca civilnim tuziocima poceti tokom ove sedmice - kazao je za "Vijesti" vojni tuzilac u Podgorici Miroslav Samardzic. Time je i definitivno pocelo sprovodjenje Zakona o prenosenju nadleznosti vojnih sudova i vojnih tuzilaca na civilne, koji je Skupstina Crne Gore usvojila 29. jula prosle godine. Samardzic nije znao da precizira koliko predmeta ce biti preneseno na civilne sudove, rekavsi da se radi o vise hiljada, i istakao da ce najveci broj procesuirati podgoricki Osnovni sud i osnovni tuzilac u Podgorici.

"L'obiezione alle spese militari non pu� essere liquidata semplicisticamente come trasgressione delle leggi e del bene comune cui ogni cittadino contribuisce con il pagamento delle tasse. Non si pu� ignorare il valore propositivo finalizzato a contrastare la difesa armata e ad obbligare lo Stato a organizzare vie alternative" - scrive il direttore di Famiglia Cristiana, don Antonio Sciortino. Intanto le Botteghe del Commercio Equo con la Rete Disarmo stanno preparando per sabato 12 febbraio la "Giornata di sensibilizzazione e di inform-azione sul tema degli armamenti". E Amnesty, Oxfam e Iansa hanno lanciato un appello all'Onu affinch� approvi al pi� presto un sistema di marcatura e di tracciabilit� delle armi leggere.

20.01.2005 "Senza armi si pu�: Disarmiamo!". L'iniziativa realizzata a Roma dalla Rete Italiana Disarmo con il Teatro Vittoria in collaborazione con il Comune di Roma, ha rappresentato un primo e creativo tentativo di far conoscere le attivit� della Rete attraverso il confronto, l'informazione e lo spettacolo. Nella prima parte dell'evento vari esperti della Rete Disarmo hanno fatto il punto della situazione su commercio, produzione e proliferazione delle armi. Nella seconda parte condotta da Alessandro Sortino delle Iene, si sono avvicendati sul palco personaggi, artisti e rappresentati del mondo associativo della Rete Disarmo, tra cui padre Alex Zanotelli, don Luigi Ciotti, Marco Bertotto (Amnesty International) e Giorgio Cremaschi (Fiom-CGIL). Ha concluso la serata la telefonata dal Brasile di Gilberto Carvalho (Capo di Gabinetto e Segretario del Presidente del Brasile Ignacio Lula) che ha letto un messaggio inviato dal Presidente Lula.
