eEurope, Information Society for all programme includes: EEurope+ an initiative to cooperate in the implementation of the Information Society in Europe; @LIS: ALliance for the Information Society with Latin America a programme to establish dialogue and cooperation on policy and regulatory frameworks in key areas for the development of a widespread Information Society; and Asia IT&C, to co-finance mutually beneficial partnerships in Information Technology and Communication between Europe and Asia.

Grant to seed, support and strengthen women's rights groups working to address human rights issues, including improving women's access to information technology.
