If the world fails to tackle climate change, a carbon dictatorship might take over - backed by military force - to control emissions. Considering the success achieved by the film of Al Gores global warming lecture, An Inconvenient Truth - which claims to be the fourth highest grossing documentary of all time it is surprising, says OneWorld UK Editor Daniel Nelson, that the current rash of film festivals in London does not boast a single film about climate change.
