How much should setting up a telecentre cost? A telecentre is a public place where people can access computers, the Internet and technologies to gather information and communicate with others while developing digital skills.

21.09.2006 OneWorld South Asia extends an invitation to join the opening of phone-based Information and Knowledge Exchange Service for Rural Communities. This would be inaugurated on 28th September 2006, at the Jacaranda Hall, India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, between 1000 hrs – 1300 hrs followed by lunch.
