Esta semana os termos dos contratos já começaram a ser discutidos no Congresso Boliviano que é quem vai aprová-lo - e para os analistas este vai ser o momento de melhor compreender as letras pequenas. A novidade é que estes contratos firmados na última segunda-feira não têm cláusulas de confidencialidade como havia nos anteriores.
