The Children's Human Rights Centre in Albania - CRCA, under its Programme "Stop Child Labour and Child Trafficking in Albania", organized a two-day training course "Child Labour - The Problem and the Response", on December 7-8, 2006. The training course was funded by the Olof Palme International Centre and SIDA.

The OSCE Presence in Albania and the country's Property Restitution and Compensation Agency (PRCA) today signed an agreement that provides technical and financial assistance to design an electronic database of requests for restitution and compensation of property since 1993.

Nowadays Grand Lake Park and Dajti National Park are the most preferred place for Tiranas citizens and other Albanian and foreign visitors. In the conditions and prospective of Albania, where tourism is being considered as one of the development priorities, educating young people with the love for nature and promotion of recreational activities in nature areas is considered crucial.

The Environmental Center for Development Education and Networking EDEN was created at the end of 2003 and legally registered in March 2004 by a group of young people. The initiative started as a response to the dilemmas of Milieukontakt Oost Europa regarding the future of its local offices in some countries in Eastern Europe.
