The Humanitarian Law Centre presented its Transitional Justice Report for Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo 1999-2005. In her presentation of the Report, Natasa Kandic, the Centre Director said that Serbia failed to create responsible institutions, which is the main condition for the country ...to face the past and give justice.

Last week, the Novi List daily published and interview with Herman Haller, Director of Clinical Centre Rijeka. In the interview that discussed the introduction of a vaccine for cancer of the uterus, Dr. Haller said that the official introduction of this vaccine should be discussed at many levels, including a discussion with the (Catholic) Church.
