10.08.2006 Acabo de ter o privilégio de participar num desses acontecimentos. Teve lugar entre 15 e 17 de Julho na cidade de Cusco, Peru, antiga capital do Império Inca, o umbigo do mundo, como lhe chamavam os Incas, a 3500 metros de altitude na Cordilheira dos Andes. Tratou-se do congresso fundacional da Coordenadora Andina das Organizações Indígenas do Peru, Equador, Bolívia, Chile, Colômbia e Argentina.
