Shashank manages OneWorld UKs mobile phone-based projects and services for Africa and Asia. He looks for potential partners, works alongside funders and carries out the business planning for the projects.

His business model aims to offer social benefits people need while keeping projects sustainable.

Shashank is an entrepreneur and ambassador for knowledge sharing and e-development. He Shashank has co-founded seven start-ups so far and managed a pan-European business for a nasdaq listed telecom company as a Senior Vice President. Well travelled across the world, he has travel and work experience from over 73 countries. Apart from management degree he also has executive education from Oxford, Cambridge & London.

He has plenty to say and can often been found speaking at major forums for entrepreneurship, economics, business, development and information society. When not performing operational tasks, he can often be found identifying gaps in the market and discussing futuristic ideas!
