Volunteer web editor/journalist for OneWorld UK

OneWorld UK seeks an additional part-time volunteer editor/journalist to work on the UK edition of OneWorlds successful global web portal for human rights and sustainable development.

We seek somebody with at least two years online writing/editing or NGO/voluntary- sector experience to help us develop our news, special reports, features, campaigns, events and learning opportunities sections.

Knowledge of, and contacts with, regional, grassroots and social justice organisations around the UK that use the web for advocacy and campaigning would be a distinct advantage.

Minimum availability: 2 days per week for 3-6 months.

Must be able to work in central London at least one day per week. Remote working considered.

Benefits: Travel zones 1-6 London Transport and £4 daily lunch allowance.
