Kehys palvelee kansalaisjärjestöjä EU:n kehitysyhteistyöhön liittyvissä kysymyksissä tarjoamalla tietoa EU:n kehityspolitiikasta ja -yhteistyöstä, tiedottamalla EU-rahoituksesta, tarjoamalla koulutusta ja hankeneuvontaa, tiedottamalla ja tukemalla järjestöjen vaikuttamistyötä EU:ssa. Kehys edistää verkostoitumista suomalaisten ja eurooppalaisten kansainvälisyyskasvatusjärjestöjen välillä.

During the Finnish EU presidency the Finnish NGDOs will focus on policy coherence. The organizations are pointing that the EU policies that contradict EUs development commitments and goals must be changed. Same applies to the incoherencies between EU policy and practise. The Presidency Project is coordinated by the Finnish NGDO Platform to the EU (KEHYS).
