An overwhelming majority of Finnish people, irrespective of age group, level of education, gender or political affiliation are of the opinion that Africa should be the focus of most of Finnish development assistance, according to a Gallup survey published this week.The survey was done in June long before the Live8 concert that was meant to urge leaders of G8 meeting in Scotland this week to provide more aid and debt relief to Africa.
