Individual Giving Coordinator


Grassroots International

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key fundraising and communications role in a dynamic human rights and international development organization.

The Individual Giving Coordinator's (IGC) primary role is to develop, implement, and coordinate Grassroots International's fundraising programs in the area of individual giving, especially small and medium donors, in close collaboration with the Director of Development & Communications. The IGC maintains the Raiser's Edge donor database, coordinates direct mail consultants (creative and mail house), provides support for a major donor program, manages the monthly sustainer program and oversees electronic fundraising (including website and social networking maximization for fundraising potential).

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills and Capacity:

A commitment to the mission of Grassroots International.

The ability to work as part of a team in a mission driven organization.

Demonstrated ability as a fundraising database administrator (preferably with Raiser's Edge) and the ability to use electronic communications tools (preferably Democracy In Action) in a creative and efficient manner.

Demonstrated organizational skills necessary to track and complete multiple projects concurrently.
